Chloe new Creative Director

ChloƩ announced British designer, Hannah MacGibbon as its new Creative Director, taking over from Swedish designer, Paulo Melim Andersson just 9 days after he presented the Fall 2008 collection in Paris - I guess the powers that be did not like it.

Hannah is due to make her debut at Paris Fashion Week.

Melim Andersson began at the French label in 2006, presenting three collections with mixed reviews. The Swedish designer spent seven years at Marni prior to his appointment.

Who Wore Lauren Conrad Collection Better?

Lauren Conrad had worn the strapless dress from her collection a few days before her best friend, Audrina Patridge, wore it to Lauren's debut collection show at LA Fashion Week.

Who Wore Better?

Jennifer Garner attended the Juno premiere in LA wearing this Gucci Spring 2008 sexy strapless bold geometric mini. The Juno actress wore her dress with a pair of black Christian Louboutin Rolando's.

Eva Longoria, who's 33rd birthday, also wore the same dress with a pair of Christian Louboutin Architek leather slingbacks. Eva, R&B singer Eve, Mario Lopez, Sheryl Crow and a few other friends, all headed to Eva's new restaurant Beso in Hollywood to get the celebrations started early. A dress like this was made for Eva, so she wins this for me.

Runway to Red Carpet:

ShoWest's Vanguard Award winner Sarah Jessica Parker wore a thigh-high Maison Martin Margiela Spring 2008 minidress which makes her appear very short, as the top of the dress balloons outwards.

Eva Longoria in Jenny Packham

Eva Longoria wore this sequined, beaded black and nude Jenny Packham Spring 2008 cocktail mini dress, for an appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman. She team her dress with a pair of black YSL tribute pumps.

She looks so cute, but I wish she saved this dress for the red carpet.

Gucci ♥ NY

Gucci celebrating the opening of its Fifth Avenue flagship with a novel marketing idea. The fashion house has created special paper coffee cups emblazoned with the "Gucci ♥ NY" logo that also graces its new limited edition handbag collection.

The cups will be distributed to 150 coffee carts between Third and Sixth Avenues from 42nd Street to 59th Street from Monday.

Carrie Underwood in Marchesa

This is a cute monochrome Marchesa Spring 2008 dress on Carrie Underwood.

I love the big hair, so country, so Carrie.

Runway to Red Carpet: Zuhair Murad

Carrie Underwood in Zuhair Murad Spring 2008

Best Floral Award
I loved this Zuhair Murad Spring 2008 gown. Carrie Underwood was bang on trend with the florals, but was slightly underwhelmed by her hair. Carrie has great hair, but on this occasion it fell a little flat in comparison to her hair at the Pre-Grammy's Party.

Runway to Red Carpet: Elie Saab

Beyonce in Elie Saab Spring 2008 Couture, I am not sure if I like this or it's an oops dress.

Runway to Red Carpet: L'Wren Scott

Premiere of Elegy Penelope Cruz wore this stunning two-tone dress with multiple tiered train from the L'Wren Scott Spring 2008 collection with a pink clutch.

Penelope Cruz'

Best Detailed Dress/Best Earrings Award
There is so much detail on Penelope Cruz' mermaid dress with the feathers and the gathering at the front, yet it does not make the dress too busy.

Place Your Bid To Win Heidi Klum's Oscar Dress

If you are a size 2 and you loved Heidi Klum's red silk, one of a kind Dior by John Galliano dress as much as I did, then it could be yours. Her dress is up for auction at mycokerewards.com to benefit The Heart Truth campaign, who raise awareness of women's heart health.

Best Red Award
The neckline and the back detail were all very chic. She finished her look with Stuart Weitzman shoes and jewelry she designed from her own line.

Who Wore Jovani Better?

Kim Kardashian first wore this sexy gold sequined Jovani dress last year to the Celebrity Catwalk For Charity event which she attended with her mother. She teamed her dress with a gorgeous gold satin clutch and gold embellished shoes.

Carrie Underwood wore her dress to the Movies Rock event in LA with a pair of tan and black peep-toe shoes.

Khloe Kardashian wore hers (or should I say Kim's) dress to celebrate the New Year with her sisters in Miami.
