Quote of the Day:
People of character do the right thing, not because they think it will change the world bu because they refuse to be changed by the world.
Sizzle in a Cold-Shoulder Dress!
TREND: Dresses with shoulder cutouts
WHO'S WEARING IT: Olivia Palermo, Diane Kruger and Claire Danes
HOW TO WEAR IT: The cutout trend may be dubbed the "cold shoulder," but the peekaboo effect is hot, hot, hot! Balance out the sexy style by opting for a dress in classic black. Any attention-stealing necklaces are banned!

Spotted Kim K: Cheers Reggie Bush to Victory
After months apart, it looks like Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush are continuing to give their relationship another go, after all.
The “Keeping up with the Kardashians” star attended her running back boyfriend’s game in New Orleans yesterday (October 4).
Miss Kardashian flew to New Orleans early Saturday morning for the second time since sister, Khloe, tied the knot on September 27th.
"They took a few months off and couldn't be apart," a source says of the couple, who split in July after about two years of dating. "The time away was needed so that they could figure out what their priorities were."
Kim cheered the New Orleans Saints to victory as they went on to beat the New York Jets 24 to 10.

Romantic Rose Bouquets
Luscious
From left, Charles Auston, Apricot Nectar, Iceberg, Cream Garcia, Osiana and Message roses combined with dahlias, Queen Anne's lace, lady's mantle and miniature cymbidium orchids create a pastel ensemble ($275, Karen Bussen, 212-643-6880). A bright bouquet of Mircale and Algeria hybrid roses, Oranges and Lemons garden roses, gloriosa lilies, vanda orchids and cockscomb ($300; Karen Bussen).
Romantic Rose Bouquets
Intense
Robert Palomo groups striking brown-tinged Chocolata garden roses with hot-pink Lovely Lydia roses, hypericum berries and bubblegum-pink sweet peas. He binds the bouquet with a velvet ribbon ($275; Bardin Palomo, 212-989-6113).
Romantic Rose Bouquets
Elegant
From left, Lavender Allure and Santa Monica roses combined with clematis, lisianthus and flowing ostrish feathers for a chic creation ($250; Karen Bussen, 212-643-6880) and Striped Purple Tiger, Intrigue and Cold Water garden roses styled with calla lilies and Chilean black peppers ($275, Karen Bussen).
Romantic Rose Bouquets
Dramatic
