Passport drama as D.E.F tour of Africa continues, 15th July 2009

During her trip to Africa with Reggie and Khloe, as part of a tour organised by the Diamond Empowerment Fund, Kim experienced some airport drama as she lost her passport! Following the inital shock of losing it, Kim began alerting her followers on Twitter that she lost her passport and had sent Reggie to go look on the plane for it. Khloe and Kim were divided by customs because of the dilemma, adding more salt to the wounds. Finally and thankfully, Reggie found Kim’s passport and the group were able to continue with their travels! Spotted Kim K: Continues Her Charitable Mission

Continuing along with her charitable endeavors, Kim Kardashian visited the Cotlands Shelter for abused and orphaned HIV children and the 'Diamonds for Dignity' feeding Centre in Soweto on Thursday (July 16).

Joined by her boyfriend Reggie Bush and sister Khloe, the trio posed for pictures and handed out sporting goods before heading off to McDonald's.

Enjoying every moment of her overseas adventure, Miss Kardashian has been busily tweeting away, telling, "This trip is like none other! I wish u all could experience this with me!"

The E! reality babe added, "These children are so precious!!! They were so appreciative of the food & love we gave them! When people buy diamonds it pays for these children's feeding & HIV-AIDS Centers"
