A Reason, a Season, or a Lifetime
People come into your life for a reason, a season, or
a lifetime. When you figure out which one it is, you
will know what to do for each person.
When someone is in your life for a REASON . . . It is
usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have
come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you
with guidance and support, to aid you physically,
emotionally, or spiritually. They may seem like a
godsend, and they are! They are there for the reason
you need them to be.
Then, without any wrong doing on your part, or at an
inconvenient time, this person will say or do something
to bring the relationship to an end.
Sometimes they die.
Sometimes they walk away.
Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand.
What we must realise is that our need has been met, our
desire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you
sent up has been answered. And now it is time to move on.
When people come into your life for a SEASON . . .
Because your turn has come to share, grow, or learn.
They bring you an experience of peace, or make you laugh.
They may teach you something you have never done.
They usually give you an unbelievable amount
of joy. Believe it! It is real! But, only for a season.
LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons; things
you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional
foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the
person, and put what you have learned to use in all
other relationships and areas of your life. It is said
that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

Spotted Kim K: Brent Shapiro Foundation Summer Spectacular, 12th September Candids
Always up for a swanky shindig, Kim Kardashian stepped out for a night on the town in Beverly Hills, California on Saturday night (September 12).
The E! reality beauty made her way to The Brent Shapiro Foundation For Alcohol and Drug Awareness 'Summer Spectacular' Event at a Private Estate, posing for pictures and mingling with fellow guests.
Giving fans a heads up on her doings, Miss Kardashian tweeted, "Just finished a shoot 4 Glamour magazine, it went great! Rushing home 2 get ready 4 Brent Shapiro charity event."
After a good night's rest, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star headed to the airport this morning, tweeting, "On my way 2 the airport! NYC Fashion Week here I come!"
Designer Shoe Pick of the Day: Christian Louboutin Tashaf pump
For fall we have noticed a lot of mesh inserts and contrast trim as well as pointy toed shoes that seem to be making a huge come back in the Christian Louboutin shoe collection.
Although I have never been a big fan of pointy toes, I have to admit that they compliment beautifully the silhouette by elongating the legs. But be aware that pointy toed shoes have to be really well made otherwise they can induce bunions, among other foot problems.
These Tashaf pump are definitively beautiful. The mesh detail reveals some skin in a very sexy way while the silver leather toe hides the toes.
These shoes will look fantastic paired with black, or grey dresses. I will wear them with rolled boy friend jeans and a simple white tee for a more laid back look.
Christian Louboutin Tashaf pump $955.00 Barneys
