Finally, after two adorable babies, Nicole Richie and baby daddy Joel Madden are planning their wedding. No matter what the gossip columns have said in the past, there really has been nothing but love and admiration between the two. But going from one kid to the next made it a bit hard to plan a wedding while tending to pregnancies and babies.
