On what surprises her most about motherhood: "Hmm, I would say how fun it is. Everybody talks about how difficult it is in the first three months, but I absolutely love it."

On her boyfriend Joel Madden: "Yeah, for being so opposite, we could possibly hate each other. We were friends first. We just have fun together."

On how many children she wants: "I want five children, twin boys and three girls. I've wanted that since I was a little girl."

On a Lionel-Joel duet: "Sure, why not? My dad really respects Joel as an artist, and they're both really great songwriters, so you never know."

On marriage: "One day, yeah - not tomorrow, not today. We are committed to our family. I'm 26. I've definitely had a very eventful year. So right now, it's about me enjoying my time with my daughter."

Mary-Kate Olsen on Nicole: "Nicole is one of the most loving and nurturing mothers I have yet to come across."

Father Lionel Richie on Nicole: "Motherhood has given her all the keys to understanding how her mother and I were trying to raise her. Now it has come full circle."

The gang of New York all met up to go to the Hennessy party last night! The gang is me, Fab, Adrienne, Adrienne's sister Claudette, DJ Clue, Cheo, Ashley and a few others. Of course all of the Fabulous and Adrienne rumors have started, which are kinda funny. They are doing some hot records together. Both are signed to the same record label. We met up with Ciara, who's style has been looking very on point lately. I saw Ben Lyons, who I love from E! It was cinco de Mayo, and since there were no margaritas around we tried the new Hennessy black drink. Had to for cinco de Mayo. After the fun night Jonathan and Simon drove me home and I am now off to LA! See you soon LA!!

"The Kentucky Derby was probably one of the funnest days of my life! My mom and I totally spent some quality time getting ready together and showing off our new hats. We color coordinated our outfits ahead of time, and it was fun to see how it all got pulled together.

I had heard so much about the Derby but no one could quite describe how amazing it is to actually be there. We had the prime seating, with Tom Brady, Matt Castle, Eli Manning (all amazing football players). I invited Reggie but he wasn't sure about the Derby, and afterwards he felt so left out! Kid Rock, Brooke Sheilds, Taylor Dayne, and Joey Fatone were there. It was so much fun! I bet on my first race and my horse came in at #1. It was so exciting! I love the horse races!"

The sexy twosome joined other celebrities including Clint Eastwood and Mick Jagger at Tetou Restaurant in Juan-Les-Pins, France for dinner. Brad Pitt was dress in a very dapper navy suit and his baby mother, Angelina, was wearing a strapless printed Nicole Miller Spring 2008 gown. The expectant mother has been glowing throughout her pregnancy, and gets more and more beautiful with each passing day. It really is just not fair.
