February 23, 2010: Just a few hours ago (those paps move quick) Kim was spotted out to lunch with a friend in West Hollywood. She looks cute and casual. Early this morning she tweeted “Back in LA and it feels so good! I really enjoyed my QVC experience, can’t wait to go back!”
