A toned, fit and beautiful Kim Kardashian is on the cover of the new issue of OK! Magazine. She talks about how she lost 15lbs and kept the weight off. OK! writes:

After pre-retouched photos from a magazine shoot revealed cellulite on her thighs, Kim was inspired to get serious about her health. So how did she do it?
