Making the long flight overseas, Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush were out doing their good deeds in Botswana on Tuesday (July 14).
The E! reality star and her running back beau took a tour of the Motswedi Rehabilitation Centre with De Beers CEO Sheila Khama in Mochudi during the day's outing.
As previously reported, Kim flew out of LAX on Monday night with Reggie and sister Khloe, with the group making stops in NYC and Johannesburg along the way.
Overseas for the Diamond Empowerment Fund tour of Africa, Kim tweeted, "We had such an amazing welcome into South Africa! Thank u Heat Mag for the gifts! Wow sooo sweet!"
Later on, she added, "I must be sleepy twittering! Well goodnight! Exhausted from traveling!"
