December 9, 2009: After a super busy but short trip to New York to promote, Kim could finally return back home to Los Angeles yesterday. She was spotted checking in for her flight at JFK airport. Looks like she was asked to re-pack some things, or perhaps she just hadn’t finished completely, but she is seen going through her suitcase.
