Runway To Photo Shoot: Jennifer Love Hewitt In Angel Sanchez

Jennifer Love Hewitt and boyfriend Jamie Kennedy are enjoying each other and the summer sun while vacationing in Hawaii.
After their dip in the ocean Jamie had lunch whilst his Jennifer got ready for an unknown photo shoot.
The “Ghost Whisperer” actress got ready for her close-up wearing an Angel Sanchez Spring 2009 gown.
The multi-coloured gown with a rise and fall hemline is exquisite. I particularly love the embroidered bodice. It very much reminds me of a patchwork quilt.
Jennifer’s hair fell down her back, whilst her neck was decorated with a stunning diamond necklace. If this a red carpet look I would have said lose the necklace, but for a shoot I guess they are going for a more dramatic look.
Who says shoots aren’t glamorous? It’s looks like Jennifer has bull dog clips gripping the back of her dress to give her a tighter fit.

Runway To Photoshoot - Lauren Conrad in Moschino

Lauren Conrard was seen in West Hollywood on Friday looking fabulous for a photo shoot with Harper’s Bazaar.
She was wearing a brunette wig, which I totally love as it really brightens up her face. I hopes she considers this colour for a permanent look.
She was seen carrying many Marc Jacobs bags on her shoot which will fool you into thinking she was wearing Marc Jacobs, but she was actually wearing an embellished jacket from Moschino’s Fall 2009 collection.
Dark navy jeans and lusty worthy heels complete the look.

Runway To Photo Shoot: Halle Berry For Haper's Bazaar US May 2009

The gorgeous Halle Berry graces the cover of the May 2009 edition of Harper's Bazaar US.
With her new fragrance in stores, Halle by Halle Berry, the love of an incredibly sexy man, Gabriel Aubry, and her baby daughter, Nahla brightening up her world. Life couldn't be happier for Halle.
Here are some extracts from her interview:
On how her body's changed since having Nahla: "Having a baby takes so much from you. It's the most glorious thing you'll ever do, but the aftermath is not so glorious! So now I'm having to exercise, eat a little bit differently, take a lot more vitamins."
What she thinks of actresses who say they don't work at staying slim: "God bless them if they're telling the truth. It's questionable if they are. I always had to diet. I'm diabetic, so it's a lifestyle for me anyway just to stay healthy and not end up in the hospital."
On what works for her fashionwise: "I'm not the girl for superhigh fashion because I don't have the right body. When I want to get dressed up, I'm a Roberto Cavalli girl. Also, Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Calvin Klein ..."
On whose style she like's: "Eva Mendes. She's beautiful, and she's sexy and hot, and I love her."

Runway To Photo Shoot: Freida Pinto

Vogue India cover, comes her Cosmopolitan March 2009 cover.
On the cover she wears a mini blue Blumarine Spring 2009 dress, which she wears as a one-shouldered dress, instead of strapless, as it appeared on the runway.
The Indian beauty reveals in her interview, that she went through who went through rounds of auditions for six months, before she landed her role in Slumdog Millionaire.
On her red carpet moments: "I’m just trying to enjoy it as much as I can, because it happens only once in a lifetime. It’s a blessing, and I need to learn to relish and savour each moment, so that’s what I’m doing. And, most importantly, breathe!!"
On acting: "In India, it’s hard to find a project because most of it is Bollywood, which is very exaggerated. Most of what they make is over-the-top escapist, and life isn’t always so escapist. I realized what I wanted to do was connect with people, not seem unattainable or untouchable."

Freida also appears on the cover of Maxim India March 2009.
Runway To Photo Shoot: Lucy Liu For Vogue China April 2009

ucy Liu graces the cover of Vogue China's April 2009 edition. She is wearing one of those cute mini dresses from Roberto Cavalli's Spring 2009 collection, with the skirt that kicks out at the back.
This issue is full of fantastic colours, so the bright yellow and green colours on the cover, is a perfect why to start this Spring issue. Magdalena Frackwiak's shoot is the most colourful and is truly an outstanding editorial by Solve Sundsbo.
As much as I love the cover, I also love her Balmain shot. Mostly because the dress looks so much better without that large silver belt.

Sarah Jessica Parker For Harper's Bazaar US March 2009

Everyone's favourite native New Yorker, Sarah Jessica Parker, graces the March 2009 cover of Harper's Bazaar US. On the cover she is wearing a stunning white Versace gown, which I really would have loved to have seen full-length in the editorial.
In the magazine SJP talks about the launch of her new fragrance, her public persona and of course, fashion.
On the acronym, SJP: "I just don’t have any real sense of my public persona. I don’t know what people think of me, if they think of me at all."
On New Yorks Sex and the City bus tour: "Ah, yes, I run into it. There are times when it’s totally terrific, and there are times when I’m like, Oh, God, I’d better run in the other direction. Especially when I’m with my son."
On fashion: "I don’t have the Carrie Bradshaw passion and devotion to it, but I would much prefer that life would allow for a beautiful shoe all day long. To stand in Mr. de la Renta’s atelier and have him build a dress on you, that is amazing."
On her Balmain dress: "That dress was really good. I love what [designer Christophe Decarnin] is doing. It’s kind of ’80s, but it’s superfitted and tailored. I can’t wear all that stuff, I’m too old, but with the jacket shoulder he did...he’s kind of the male version of L’Wren Scott right now.”
On her Alexander McQueen smoke print dress: "McQueen is incredible. I actually had to cut myself out of that dress that night. My husband was out of town, so I was alone when I got home, and I couldn’t unzip it. So...[wincing]...I got out the scissors."
Personally I would have slept in the dress until he came back home. I couldn't take scissors to any garment like that. *shudders*

Runway To Photo Shoot: Victoria Beckham Harper's Bazaar US January 2009

Victoria Beckham graces the cover of Harper's Bazaar US January 2009 looking stunning, and she smiling, for a nice change.
She has plenty to smile about as she has graced the cover of nearly every Harper's Bazaar and Glamour worldwide, and she has also sold out her entire dress collection in Selfridges London and Manchester, sealing her credibility as a designer.
Not all are happy about this though. The Daily Mail has wrongly questioned her design skills.
Here are some extracts from her Harper's Bazaar interview:
On always being in high heels: "Oh, c’mon, they’re not that hard to walk in…They’re not uncomfortable! You have to go to a sex shop to get this spray to polish them."
On her success in the fashion world: "I really had to prove myself, though…But now I feel like I am competing in an arena where I belong."
On her routine: "It’s funny; I go to the gym now…I run four miles a day…I go into hair and makeup, and I turn into ‘Victoria Beckham.’ I’ll try on all my dresses, and I’ll pick out a handbag, and I’ll put on the shades. I instantly turn into this person, and it sort of feels like a character. And there are so many pictures of it…But it’s a true character because it’s still me."
On occasionally letting herself go: "I run around the house in a tracksuit sometimes!…If I go to the supermarket looking like s—, that affects my work. I am selling an image. Plus, I have fun with it."
On her image: "I have started smiling…I’ve mastered this smirk; it’s a smile that isn’t a smile."
On her previous performance anxiety: "I used to get so nervous, and when I got on the red carpet, I’d freeze up. I’ve had so many things said about me over the years, like a public bullying."
On not being nervous anymore: "The older you get, the more comfortable you become with yourself, and you accept what you have physically. Also, the fact that my business is doing very well…makes me feel a little more confident, too."
On the paparazzi: "I don’t complain about paparazzi because I’ve put myself in that position, and so has David. But I always say to the boys, someone is going to take your picture because you’re handsome or you’re smart or because you’re so good at soccer. But every now and again, Romeo might pick up one of David’s cameras and say, ‘Victoria, Victoria, over here!’ And his attitude is sort of angry… I tell you, the paparazzi would not be sitting outside if they realized I was the most boring person in Hollywood."
Runway To Photo Shoot: Heidi Klum

Heidi Klum graces the cover of the InStyle US December 2008 edition looking as stunning as ever, with her megawatt smile.
In her interview the Victoria's Secret model talks about singing and her husband, Seal. Here are some extracts:
On her husband: "Sometimes I lie in bed and I’m like, ‘Oh my god, there’s Seal lying next to me. What’s he doing there?’ I get a smile on my face immediately. Our honeymoon period is definitely not over. [We] have date nights. We go to dinner or to the movies. We like to keep it romantic. Some people wake up in the morning and turn over when they see their mate. That’s not us."
On how Seal has influenced her wardrobe: "I’ve gotten more stylish since I’ve been with my husband. I was always making fun of him because he has so many leather coats, jackets and shoes. But he looks hot. I want to look good for him. So I kind of stepped it up a bit."
On her singing voice: "We sing all the time. He’s always rolling his eyeballs because I’m in the wrong key. But I know he’s laughing about it too. So I’m not a singer — who cares? Not everyone is Seal!"
She also reveals her five rules for succeeding in business.

Runway To Photo Shoot - Jennifer Lopez On The Cover For Elle US Octover 2008

Jennifer Lopez appears on the cover the Elle US October 2008 edition looking stunning in a strapless embellished ombre cocktail dress.
We finally get to see Jennifer in that coral and white Oscar de la Renta dress, which we saw in candids back in July.
We saw Jessica Biel in a similar editorial for Harper's Bazaar for their August 2008 edition, but it did not nearly have as much spark and personality as Jennifer's editorial for Elle.
Here are some extracts from her interview:
On Dolce and Gabbana: "My babies! I love them, I love them, I love them."
On Donatella Versace: "We've always had a very sweet relationship. I really got to know her more after her brother had died."
On Georgina Chapman: "She could be a model-but meanwhile she's down there pinning and sewing all these things all over you!"
On shooting in Washington Heights with Oscar de la Renta: "We were in the hoody! All kinds of locals hanging around, eating out of paper bags, thinking, what's going on here? It was crazy."
On being pregnant and commissioning a book of photos of herself for Marc two weeks before giving birth: "I was like, How am I going to rock this moment of my life?... I felt very womanly. Marc was in a dream. He loved it."
On not being able to get pregnant right away: "We knew nothing was wrong with either one of us-I had been checked, and he had kids already. I knew Something's not ready here, in my head or in my life, and when it is, I know it's going to happen."
On first realizing she was pregnant: "I was sitting down doing hair and makeup and I felt a flutter. The weirdest little…flourish. My makeup artist said 'What's the matter?' I didn't say anything, but in my head, I was like, I have life inside me!"
On her pregnancy: "We came off tour and I said 'I did the superwoman thing, I finished the tour-now I need you to take care of me. I love doing things for you; if I'm not cooking, then I'm picking out a shirt. But this is the first time in my life where I'm just going to be a little bit selfish. I don't know if I'm going to have kids again, so I want it to be a beautiful experience. I don't want to have any drama. I want to just be smiling every day.'"

Runway To Photo Shoot: Brooke Shields In L'Wren Scott

Kim Raver stars as Nico, editor-in-chief of a chic magazine, and Lindsay Price as Victory, a fashion designer. By all accounts these women with high-power jobs, display some serious high-power fashion. This promo picture is of the stars of the show, with a stunning Brooke Shields wearing a L'Wren Scott Spring 2008 sheath dress, with matching Christian Louboutin Very Brode pumps.
Runway To Photo Shoot: Dolce Gabbana

Jennifer Lopez posed during a photo-shoot on the north side of the sacred rock of the Acropolis in Athens, Greece.
The singer was wearing a dreamy strapless wool Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2008 gown, with a blue tulle skirt. These pictures, along with the rest of Jennifer Lopez' appeared in November issue of InStyle Greece.

On her way to the shoot, with her huge entourage, Mrs Anthony wore an asymmetric Emilio Pucci Fall 2008 gown.

On a night out, Jennifer wore a LBD from Givenchy's Fall 2008 collection, which is embellished with multiple gold necklaces.
It has been a very fashionable week for Jennifer Lopez, and it's only Tuesday.

Runway to Photo Shoot - Lucy Liu For US Harper's Baazaar August 2008

I think the majority of us believed that August 2008 Harper's Bazaar cover girl Jessica Biel editorial was a great idea, but wish they had chosen someone else to execute it better.
I think Alicia summed it up best when she said:
"I do love the uniqueness of the designers included in the photos, but I wish they had chosen someone with more style than Jessica Biel."
Agreed, but thanks to Lucy Liu, all is not lost. My girl of the moment looked amazing in her Olympic theme photo shoot for Harper's Bazaar. And I am sure most of you will agree with the mixture of Spring 2008 Couture, Fall 2008 Ready-to-wear, and the athletic theme, Lucy TOTALLY rocks this shoot. In fact I think she should have been the cover girl for this issue.
On the eve of the games in Beijing, Lucy Liu demonstrates that it’s not whether you win or lose, it’s how you’re dressed that counts.
Here is her stunning editorial. My particular favourites are were accessories are used as props like the silver Chanel bag used as a hammer, and the Gucci bags used as weights.

Runway To Photo Shoot: Gwyneth Paltrow For Harper's Baazaar US July 2008

Iron Man actress Gwyneth Paltrow, graces the July 2008 US edition of Harper’s Bazaar.
The star is wearing a pink Versace Fall 2008 one-shouldered gown in pink, a colour which really suits her English rose complexion. (A figure of speech, I know she is American)
On cutting her hair: "I was very, very attached to my hair. I grew it when I was pregnant. I still had hair from when my father was alive. I made it like a talisman. And then I was ready to let go of it, and so I chopped it off and ... aaah!"
On how her pregnancy differed from her mother's: "I may force myself to do it one more time because the result is so worth it. And also my dad said to me that his only regret in life was that he had only two children and he didn’t have more… My mother loved each [pregnancy] to bits; she felt alive and beautiful. I wanted to throw up all the time."
On being very open to adoption: "I do feel we’re so fortunate, and we kind of owe it to humanity. We have a lot of love to give and a lot of resources."
On her support for Barack Obama: "I don’t feel there's any lip service with [Obama]. I don’t feel like he’s one of those jaded politicos who say one thing and are talking out of both sides of their mouth. I also feel we’ve done such damage to our reputation – and as someone who lives outside America for half the year, I overhear things that I wish I didn’t overhear. A lot of people in the West think that we’re not very sensitive to the rest of the world, and I think that having a president called Barack Hussein Obama in 2008 says that we are part of the world, and we don’t want to make unilateral decisions about the fate of all of us. I just pray to God that he wins."
Runway To Photo Shoot - Sex And The City Girls On the Cover of Marie Claire July 2008

Marie Claire UK have 2 of the SATC girls on their cover, but the US Marie Claire has all 4 of the fab girls gracing their cover. The twist is that only Sarah Jessica Parker's cover, the other girls covers are attached to the magazine underneath SJP's.
