ucy Liu graces the cover of Vogue China's April 2009 edition. She is wearing one of those cute mini dresses from Roberto Cavalli's Spring 2009 collection, with the skirt that kicks out at the back.

This issue is full of fantastic colours, so the bright yellow and green colours on the cover, is a perfect why to start this Spring issue. Magdalena Frackwiak's shoot is the most colourful and is truly an outstanding editorial by Solve Sundsbo.

As much as I love the cover, I also love her Balmain shot. Mostly because the dress looks so much better without that large silver belt.

Oscars, Lucy Liu attended the Film Independent Spirit Awards. Lucy was more than pretty in pink, she was outstanding beautiful wearing a Lanvin strapless ruched dress. What made this look so perfect for me was the clear belt, as the dress has more definition with it. I am very thankful she didn't wear a black belt, and ruin the whole look. Runway to Photo Shoot - Lucy Liu For US Harper's Baazaar August 2008

I think the majority of us believed that August 2008 Harper's Bazaar cover girl Jessica Biel editorial was a great idea, but wish they had chosen someone else to execute it better.

I think Alicia summed it up best when she said:


"I do love the uniqueness of the designers included in the photos, but I wish they had chosen someone with more style than Jessica Biel."

Agreed, but thanks to Lucy Liu, all is not lost. My girl of the moment looked amazing in her Olympic theme photo shoot for Harper's Bazaar. And I am sure most of you will agree with the mixture of Spring 2008 Couture, Fall 2008 Ready-to-wear, and the athletic theme, Lucy TOTALLY rocks this shoot. In fact I think she should have been the cover girl for this issue.

On the eve of the games in Beijing, Lucy Liu demonstrates that it’s not whether you win or lose, it’s how you’re dressed that counts.

We have to give Lucy Liu's stylist major props for putting together this pink ensemble for the Independent Spirit Awards. By choosing a belt in a clear material, Lucy was able to show off her miniscule waist without breaking up the loose folds on her Lanvin strapless. Plus, nude Jimmy Choo platforms gave the petite actress some serious height.
