Christian Louboutin “Fernando” Sandals

Christian Louboutin has designed another must-have basic with this “Fernando” Sandal in nude patent leather!

This sandal is very elegant, but it’s also modern, framing the foot with a caged style. The nude patent leather is very beautiful and will flatter most skin tones.

This shoe will work in all aspects of your life, from business attire to denim. I especially love to see nude sandals with a little black dress; it’s a go-to outfit that will never fail you!

Marc Jacobs Studded Wedge

Marc Jacobs has brought funky edge to the world of wedges, and given them a fabulous update with these Studded Wedges. Featuring black patent leather alongside chunky gold studs, this shoe is edgy, fun and totally wearable through the seasons.

This wedge can easily be dressed up with black skinny jeans, a black top, gold bangles and a little gold clutch, and can be dressed down with jeans and a black t-shirt. Either way you go, these wedges are perfection. I love the ankle strap, as it adds a bit of femininity to the shoe, and contrasts with the studs just enough. The thin straps in the front, holding the different sized studs are dainty, but at the same time tough, and give off a rocker chic yet girly look that is easily coveted.

Elizabeth & James “Mason” Platform Pump

Elizabeth & James is one of our favorite emerging brands, and I was thrilled to see this sweet suede pump in bubblegum pink, which is a departure from the style we’ve been used to seeing from the brand!

These pumps just look fun! I love the style of the platform and the cone heel. The color is just yummy, and these pumps are also available in a mint green and neon yellow suede as well.

This pump will brighten any outfit you pair them with. I’d wear them with jeans, cropped pants, skirts and flirty dresses!

Fendi Chain-Trimmed Sandals

Fendi continues to impress me with its shoe collections, season after season, and this Chain-Trimmed Sandal is no exception!

I’ve never been a huge fan of chain or other metal adornments on shoes, but the beauty of this shoe is the absolute simplicity of the sandal with the only embellishment being the simple gold chain. This keeps the shoe elegant, rather than tacky. The shape of this sandal is very sexy, and they will look gorgeous on the foot. The platform is small and doesn’t take away from the shoe, but it will provide some comfort to your feet.

These shoes will look beautiful with a structured black dress, but I would also wear them with skinny black pants or dark denim.

Designer Shoe of the Week: Fendi Python-effect Leather Sandals

Fendi has truly been making for some serious competition on the footwear market as of late, and their new Python-effect leather sandals are a standout. While most shoes are black for the winter season, Fendi has created a fun, funky heel to completely counter the shoe market which is saturated with dark, gloomy colors.

The sexiest part about the shoe is its aesthetic. I love the two multi-colored straps which go over the foot, and I especially love the python ankle strap, which is something I have never seen before. The wooden platform is also very hot, and makes these the absolute perfect pair of heels to take on your beach vacation.

Since these shoes are so colorful, they can either be paired with a more subdued outfit of black to balance out the brightness of the shoe, or, you can make a more playful outfit by pairing these shoes with some lighter colors. Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean you can’t have any fun with your clothes!

Designer Shoe of the Week: Christian Louboutin Bow T Dorcet Pumps

I think that these black bow pumps are more appropriate and more wearable than the ones I had originally coveted. These satin shoes make the most perfect holiday party heel, and they can go with almost any cocktail outfit.

Designer Shoe of the Week: Jimmy Choo Jersey Over-the-Knee Boots

Every shoe lover knows that the Queen of shoes is Sarah Jessica Parker—not only did she create a character (Carrie Bradshaw, of course) who was not only shoe obsessed, but also gave every woman a chance to gawk at her brand new, incredible shoes every week on HBO, but Sarah Jessica Parker herself is an incredible fashion icon herself. So, when I saw her this weekend in New York City, I immediately screamed “I need to see her shoes!” Her shoes were lovely, but the best part of my night occurred when she looked down at my feet and told me, “I love your shoes!”

I was wearing my leather over-the knee boots, but since they are last season, I decided I had to write about a similar, yet just as gorgeous pair of Jimmy Choo Jersey Over-the-Knee boots. These are incredibly sexy, and I love the scrunched center of the boots. I prefer to wear over-the-knee boots with a skirt and a blazer, as I think that a tailored look makes the boots look chic rather than trashy.
