Her Cinderella moment would’ve been so perfect had Shu Qi not worn the same dress 5 months ago.

Taiwanese actress Shu Qi attended the Inglourious Basterds Premiere during Cannes Film Festival wearing the same dress, but for me having much less impact, despite looking beautiful in the gown.

At a cocktail party thrown in her honour, she showed off her billowing, Roberto Cavalli floral chiffon maxi dress. She wasn't content with the dress being enough of a statement, she also added a diamante headband, a huge silver necklace, and multiple bracelets to complete her look.

The stunning white dress had a black sequined and lace overlay, to give it a dazzling effect. The actress wowed everyone that night, because she was one of the few ladies on the red carpet that night to wear a knee-length dress. She wore minimal jewelery, her hair wavy and black pointy pumps.

Canadian singer Celine Dion, wore the same dress, when she received the Legion d'Honneur from French President Nicolas Sarkozy, at the Elysee Palace in Paris. This is one of France's greatest accolades. She wore her dress with a form-fitting black satin jacket and black peep-toes.
