A slouchy boot is a great way to add a casual yet sophisticated element to any outfit. The slouch of the boot breaks up a boot that can sometimes look too structured. So, if you want to throw on a pair of boots to run errands or meet your friend for lunch, slouch boots are a great choice!

D.S Pick of the Day: Diego Dolcini “Ayers” Art Deco Slingback Sandals

These sandals really take a modern approach to the art deco era. There is a lot going on in this shoe, but every detail fits together perfectly. The wooden and lucite wedge heel is architecturally stunning, and the grain in the wood looks beautiful against the orange/yellow coloring of the lucite. The wedge is a completely different dimension of the shoe, because when you look at the front, it is something entirely different. Mixed metals, which I am a huge fan of, encompass the front of the shoe. From gunmetal and gold, to a rich burgundy, the colors all work together fabulously, and really take a futuristic approach to art deco. The straps are all fun, and I love how off centered they are, as it is a fabulous contrast to the linear shapes in the wedge.

This shoe would be totally fabulous with pretty much anything, from skinny jeans to a cute little metallic dress to highlight the metallic in the heel. Either way, lots of mixed metal bangles are in order to complete this hot metallic look!

D.S Pick of the Day: Diego Dolcini Leather Court Shoes

Nude pumps are the epitome of elegance. I love to see a beautiful nude pump with a simple black dress. Angelina Jolie has been photographed in outfits like this. I’m on Team Anniston, but I have to admit she looks amazing! It’s effortless glamour. Plus the nude is a nice alternative to black shoes, but equally as versatile.

These Diego Dolcini leather pumps could easily go too 80s, but because of the simple design and the higher heel they don’t look outdated even with the pointed toe. The heel is 4.3 inches, which is high without a platform, but this pump will make your legs look lean and incredibly long!
