Kim K's Blog: Khloe's Birthday ...Pure Vegas!!

Khloe's 25th birthday in Vegas was nuts! We started the night off at Spago restaurant then headed over to the club! Pure is always the best time! Me, Reggie, his friends, Khloe, Rob, Kourt, Monica, Brittny, Lala, Robin, Mike, Jonathan, the whole crew came out to party with us! Check out these pics from our wild night!

Couture Candy at Sugar Factory

Robin, Bethany Frankle and I went to the opening of Sugar Factory, Vegas's biggest and best candy store! You guys wouldn't believe this store! I've never seen so much candy in my life, but everything has bling all over it! I designed my own couture lollipop, and so did Robin and Bethany! I brought home goodies for everyone!

Kim K's Blog: Reebok's Easy Tone Launch

Kourtney, Khloe, my mom and I went to a very cool Reebok party the other day. It was the launch party for Reebok's Easy Tone shoe's. You guys wouldn't believe it, these shoes have a ball (kind of like that big balance ball you use to do sit ups on) on the bottom of the shoes! So basically it works your leg and butt muscles as you simply walk! It feels kind of odd at first but you totally get used to it! And it's only a small ball or almost half of it so you get used to it pretty quickly. We wore them all night!

Kim K's Blog: A Message to My Fans

Hey guys,

I wanted to address the issue of me responding to all of your comments. I'm sorry I have been a bit absent from responding and interacting with all of your comments and questions. I know it seems as though I am Twittering a lot more than I am responding to comments, and I want you all to know that I read all of your comments. I recognize my loyal fans here on my blog, and I truly love reading your comments... I am just SO busy at the moment, and since I have to be at a computer to respond to you guys, I don't get around to commenting as much as I would like.

I want to explain how I do my blogs so maybe you can understand a bit more the time I put into it! Throughout my days I take lots of pics and try to come up with fun blog items! At the end of my day I upload all the pics, format them then write the blogs. I preset them to go up the next morning! So every night no matter what time I get home I spend about an hour and a half on my website. Also, if any urgent news happens I will post something up right away.

So in addition to my traveling and working, I try my hardest to stay connected to you! I wish there was some sort of application that would allow me to respond to you guys from my phone just like Twitter, but there's not, it doesn't work that simply. So I promise to stay connected and interact as much as I can! Thanks so much for understanding and always supporting me!

I love you guys!

- Kim

D.S Pick of the Day: Christian Louboutin “Fortuna 120″ Platform Sandal

This is a perfect evening shoe to add to your collection. It will be beautiful with neutrals and jewel tones. I’m picturing them with a green evening gown. Right now, surprisingly green (the color) is in, and I keep seeing it on celebs, and I have to admit, it is fabulous, and paired with these champagne sandals…wow!

D.S Pick of the Day: Fendi “Trompe L’oeil” Wedge

Wedges are typically extremely comfortable, and the nude tones in this shoe will make your legs look very long. The openings in the front add a little dimension to the shoe, and the wedge is classic and very clean looking. They are a great, fresh pair of wedges to wear all season long.

Dream Homes: Pick of the Week:

Architect Mark DuBois, of the New York firm Ohlhausen DuBois, built a house around a couple’s extensive art collection in Santa Fe. “The structural glass creates a very pure volume of space,” says DuBois, who used triple-layer glass to bear the weight of the roof. “The lack of any visible support makes a stronger connection between indoors and outdoors.” (May 2006)

Handbag ~ Pick of the Day: Miu Miu Fuchsia Matellase Tote

The Miu Miu Fuchsia Matellase Tote which is a perfect bold yet feminine accessory. The gold tone hardware accents the pleated leather beautifully. This bag is roomy and has tons of pockets; one padlock pocket, one press stud pocket on the outside, and an inside pocket. This bag is a spin-off of the Miu Miu Coffer, which was a huge hit, and I love this more East/West take on the bag. Buy through Net A Porter for $1,495 (5.28.09)

Handbag ~ Pick of the Day: Jimmy Choo Lucy Hobo

The stamped pattern and shininess seem a little too glam for the color, shape and hardware that were used. Buy through Net-a-Porter for $1495.(5.28.09)

D.S Pick of the Day: Valentino Crystal Bow Peep-Toe Pump

The gold satin is so elegant, and the crystals add just enough sparkle to make these shoes really shine, without being too gaudy. The bow is architecturally perfect and rests beautifully above the peep toe. An added bonus is the hidden platform, so those lucky feet will be comfortable.

Valentino Crystal Bow Peep-Toe Pump $995 FootCandy (6.17.09)

D.S Pick of the Day: Christian Louboutin “Escatin” Sandal

Baby blue and gold are such a sweet combination. These Louboutin sandals are truly regal looking. Actually they remind me of a popular French candy called Berlingot. The perforated design in the gold leather makes these shoes more modern, as well as the lighter blue shade. The colors complement each other beautifully.

The peep toe is very elegant, and the gold strap along half of the foot is truly eye catching. And the buckle detailing on the ankle strap reminds me of a mod shoe. These heels really encompass a century of trends, and every detail really adds to the aesthetic of the shoe. While a very modern shoe, they have elements that are very timeless, classic and older, making them very interesting to just look at, and very easy to wear.
